General Laborer Needed

Description

General Laborer will be responsible for completing tasks on a job site such as fencing, concrete/flatwork, snow maintenance, roofing, mitigation/restoration, and large painting projects. You will need a valid driver’s license. Duties/Responsibilities: • Following instructions from construction project managers, superintendents, and foremen • Loading and unloading building materials • Cleaning job sites by removing materials and debris from worksite • Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fills gaps (e.g. cement, flooring) • Performs general repairs under supervision of foremen. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures Acquired Skills/Abilities: • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair • Ability to use hand tools and power tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Vehicle for company use • Tools for company use • Uniform provided • PPE provided • Paid training Requirements: • Must have valid driver's license • Positive attitude • Reliable • Willing to work on-call • Must have transportation to get to our yard to pick up vehicle Compensation: • $18-22/hr, depending on experience
