Handyman Full Job Description: Optimum Restoration is looking to add a handyman to help with property maintenance for our clients across the Denver Metro area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the construction industry and has a motivated attitude to get projects done. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem solving. You will need a valid driver’s license. Company Benefits: • $20-30 per hour • Truck provided • Tools provided • iPhone provided • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible work schedule • Overtime • We have a lot of work on a daily basis Skills: • Drywall • Painting • Tile • Flooring • Baseboards • Wood/siding/trim repairs • Welding • Light plumbing • Light electrical • Performing maintenance and light repairs • Other miscellaneous maintenance work Experience In The Following: • Proven experience as handyman • Experience with hardware tools • Basic math skills • Good communication skills • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving • Attention to detail Requirements: • Must have valid driver's license • Clean driving record • Positive attitude • Reliable • Willing to work on-call • Must have transportation to get to our yard to pick up vehicle • Able to navigate company (BuilderTrend) software via iPhone
