Performs a variety of work in the maintenance of buildings and grounds for the housing authority. Assists with the overall maintenance of apartment units, grounds, parking areas and common area facilities so they stay clean and orderly. Knowledge of general building maintenance practices required and a minimum of two years previous maintenance experience in the housing field. High school graduate or GED required. Valid driver's license required. Drug screen required.
