We are in our 30s with a 2.5yo, 9mo and a dog in a 3 bed 3.5 bath, 2500sqft house in Fort Collins. We are looking for a consistent and reliable housekeeper that's invested in our family and our household. Someone who's willing to learn our home, who pays extra special attention to detail, notices when something is out of place and when there are new messes to be cleaned up. "Clean" is subjective and we're looking for the housekeep that sees the dust, the streaks, the stains, the crayon on the walls...and takes pride in helping keep our home clean, beautiful and safe for our children.
We're hiring for a weekly "deep" clean - we wipe/sweep up messes throughout the week, but we're looking for a deeper weekly clean of all surface areas/dusting/vacuuming/bathrooms/trash etc...as well as beds made and dog poop picked up in our small yard.
In addition to just "cleaning" the house, we're looking someone who takes pride in how the home is left, keeping it beautiful for when we have guests - fluff the pillows/flowers, stage the tables/counters etc...
Ideally you are an independent professional with references - it's important to us that the same person is cleaning every week vs a larger company that has multiple employees rotating through.
