Basic Handyman experience
Plumbing, carpentry, lite electrical. General home maintenance.
Will repair, maintain and preform all job duties in single family residence.
Must be able to be “on call”
Must have good communication skills
Must have good work ethic
Must be able to preform duties in a timely, respectful, and precise manner.
