Responsibilities Operate and care for construction equipment and machines. Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary. Load or unload materials. Follow instructions from supervisors. Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary. Perform site clean-up. Self-motivated and self-starter. Requirements Be at least 18 years of age. Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks. Workers must be punctual and reliable. Experience preferred. Must be able to travel around North Carolina and be gone for long periods of time.
