Looking for full time technician OR contractor to perform field service and lot maintenance for #1 Manufactured Home Dealer in MO. Must have well rounded construction knowledge and experience in manufactured homes a major plus. Must have good communication skills, work ethic, professionalism. Need to have knowledge of plumbing, structural, drywall, basic carpentry, etc. Duties will include performing service and warranty work on customer homes, traveling to sites, lot maintenance items, and potentially trimming homes in exterior and interior. full time position would have full benefits with health, dental, vision, 401k and more. Position level will depend on candidate. Must have reliable vehicle, tools, and be able to pass drug and background screening, as well as valid drivers license. This is part of a winning team and must have team attitude. Quarterly Bonuses base on teamshare, on avg 3-4k/year, as well as opportunities for additional incentives.
