Our janitors/cleaners are responsible for various cleaning services to include but not limited to using all and any cleaning equipment for floors, counter surfaces, walls, bathrooms, fixtures and windows in a park and recreation bathroom facilities, using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the MEK Operations Manager as assigned. This is an AT-WILL position and you will report to the MEK Operations Manager and the on-site Supervisor. • Experience site cleaning, removing dust, dirt, debris, stains, and trash removal • Ability to bend, twist, walk and stand for extended periods to perform normal job functions • Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents • Taking directions from an on-site supervisor Job Requirements: • MUST be reliable • MUST want to work • MUST be detail oriented • MUST like to clean • MUST like making client happy and take pride in your work • Comfortable driving company vehicle to and from jobsites • Comfortable with filling out detailed daily reports, incidents, and chronicle with photo documentation • Available Monday through Sunday, you may be required to work a variable schedule/varying hours to meet operational needs (weekends & overtime if necessary) • Must be able to lift, up to 40lbs as needed Important Criteria: • MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States • MUST be willing to submit to and pass a criminal background check • MUST have reliable transportation • MUST have valid driver's license with no DUI or history of traffic violations on your MVR • MUST speak and read fluent English • MUST own or know how to operate a SMARTPHONE and phone APPS Language: • English (Required) Work authorization: • United States (Required) Job Type: Part Time - Night/Graveyard Shift Hours of work - Non Negotiable 9:30pm- 7:30am (3x's to 4xs a week/27-36hrs hours a week or more) Compensation $18 - $19hr plus overtime
