Need help with car air conditioner

Can someone help me charge my air conditioner in my car. Have asthma and driving without it is unbearable. My brother in law used to do it but he passed away last year. I don't have any money to pay as I'm not working but I would appreciate it. We can maybe meet at Dollar General in Fleming by Limerick Rd.
