Lakeview Homes... Looking to fill the position of a Maintenance for an apartment community located on the lower west side of Buffalo. THe pay is $14.00-$14.50 per hour and not negotiable. We need someone reliable to assist with minimal maintenance duties. We are looking for someone to join our team! The responsibilities will include but not limited to: Helping with grounds as needed, assisting with vacant units and various other task to assist in maintaining the rental property. Willing to train the right candidate. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
