Commercial Property Maintenance position available for our multi-tenant facility M - F 8am to 4 pm, weekends and holidays off. We are looking for a candidate that has knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry/drywall, and general maintenance of building equipment/infrastructure. Experience with sprinkler systems and freight elevators a plus, however not mandatory. Benefits are available after 90 days. Employee contributed health insurance, paid holidays, and paid sick time. Paid vacation is available annually after one year of employment.
