Looking for some part time help. This position is perfect for a retired person looking to supplement their social security or pension income. A typical day will include calling gas and water companies and meeting them for utility turn ons. Scheduling and meeting occupancy inspectors for rental permits. Attending section 8 inspections, and taking a list of required repairs. New hires would be a bonus if they can change locks and install lockboxes for vacant properties, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Will need reliable transportation.
