We are a national staffing agency looking for reliable, outgoing, punctual, professional staff to work a team building event in San Antonio this Friday, July 22nd. Location: J.W. Marriott San Antonio Hill Country, San Antonio, TX 78261 Date/Time: 7/22 (Fri) 1p-5:30p Rate: $21/Hr, W2 position paid out via Direct Deposit 7/29. Duties: The client is producing a very large Team Building event for 600+ people. They will be broken up into 20 groups of 30+ people and those people will be playing silly games. They will win tickets according to how well they play, and the team with the most tickets wins. Staff will monitor and facilitate these games. The games are easy and fun, but it does get a little frenetic with 600+ people playing. Mostly, the game attendant will tell the guests how to play the game, and then give them tickets. For instance, Shoot the Can has guests shooting at soda cans with cork guns and they get a ticket for each hit. Justin Time Putting has guests putting a golf ball on a green using a tiny cowboy boot as a putter and they get a ticket for each hole in one. None of the games are complicated, but they are fun. Staff should be sharp enough to hand out tickets and friendly enough to make sure the guests playing their game are having a good time. Staff must be prepared to work outdoors in the heat. Water will be available onsite. Attire: Black shorts or pants with no rips or tears, black polo style shirt or plain black t-shirt, closed toed comfortable shoes. Parking: Self-parking is free and available at the hotel.
