Charlottesville based Landscape Design/Build company is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction and/or Maintenance Lead Hands. Full-time preferred, Part-time available. Working knowledge of horticultural practices, mower/maintenance equipment upkeep, procedures (plant requirements, pruning, weeding, seasonal land care, etc.) AND/OR professional landscape construction practices is a must. Must be willing to work hard and diligently (with or without supervision). Must take pride in what you do. Must have your own transportation to/from work. Job Responsibilities:
Work individually and/or lead a 1-2 man team and professionally conduct yourself with clientele. Operate mowing and landscape equipment in professional manner + oversee/perform landscape construction tasks and/or pruning, fertilization and general landscape maintenance tasks. Mid-Large sized properties to be expected.
Benefits after one year. Pay commensurate with experience.
