Bricks Boatworks, Inc is looking for a hardworking and loyal individual to join our Dock & Lift Division to run our fork barge. We are looking for someone who understands and can accept that the schedule and responsibilities for the day can change abruptly as our industry is heavily weather dependent. Must have Class A Drivers License. -Must be able to work outside in rain, shine and snow. -Able to lift 50+ lbs -Knowledge of basic hand tools. - Lift and move heavy objects safely outside in all weather conditions. -Deliver, assemble, install and remove docks and boat lifts. -Ability to work on your feet for long hours in and out of the water. -Dependable -Positive attitude -Strong time management skills -Ability to work well with others Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Spring and Fall seasons will require Saturday hours (typically between 6-8 weeks): 9:00AM - 3:00 PM Mandatory overtime during weekday hours during spring and fall as well. Terms of employment agreement: -You will be paid on a direct deposit basis, bi-weekly -At will employment -After 90 days you can enroll in health insurance and dental insurance -After 90 days you can enroll in a Simple IRA with a 3% match from Bricks Boatworks. -$5,000.00 sign on bonus.
