Direct Hire opportunity working with a leading printing company! Join a team that invests in your training – their goal is to promote you! This company is looking to add multiple people to their production team! No experience is required for this role – they will provide you with all the paid, on the job training that you need. This company creates packaging products like cereal boxes and oatmeal packets. As an Entry-Level Production Associate, you will see the products you make on the shelves in grocery stores! Entry-Level Production Responsibilities: -- Load paper rolls onto machines -- Perform quality checks on the printing as the paper comes off the machine -- Shrink wrap the finished product -- Move the finished rolls to the warehouse to ship to customers Schedules: -- Swing Shift: 2pm-10pm, Monday – Friday -- Night Shift: 10pm-6am, Sunday -Thursday -- All shifts must train on day shift from 6am-2:30pm Pay: $19.71/hour Benefits: -- Paid Time Off (PTO) -- Excellent Health Benefits, including medical, dental, and vision -- Opportunity to join the Union -- Safety boot reimbursement Location: North Portland off of Marie Drive – Must have reliable transportation This Entry-Level Production Associate role is available through TERRA Staffing Group.
