FT/PT Status: Full Time Shift: Day Hourly Rate: DOE United Salad Co. is one of the area’s largest family owned distributors of fresh produce, grocery and foodservice products across the Pacific Northwest region. We distribute produce to national and independent grocers, restaurants, schools and other institutions from local farmers and growers across the globe. Benefits Include: • Medical & Dental insurance through Kaiser. • PTO accruals begin on the first day! • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Ability to access leadership development through LinkedIn Learning Bonus Structure: • $1,000 New hire bonus • $1,000 Referral bonus Responsibilities: • Greet customers and drivers at the Will Call entrance and retrieve orders • Accurately receive payment for will call orders, issue receipts, refunds or change due to customer • Verify driver documents for customer signature, cash on delivery payments, etc. • Retrieve and load customer vehicles orders using hand truck or electric pallet jack (may be loaded into customer’s truck or vehicle). • Manage assignment of loading docks to incoming carriers • Check in drivers when returning from routes • Assigning doors for incoming carriers • Assist in selecting will call orders as needed • Assist warehouse team with palletizing product • Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: • Previous experience with Produce Pro preferred • Ability to use a hand truck or electric pallet jack • Able to multitask • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Customer services experience • Food service experience preferred • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. • 10 key proficiency If you are interested in applying, please visit our website at: *Position is contingent upon a successful background check and ability to pass a drug screen, including THC. *United Salad Co. is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.*
