On 7/18 at 6:30pm I was walking with my cat in Wallingford between 38th and 39th on Burke Ave and a dog spooked him and he got out of his harness! Please please keep an eye out for Leaf! He is afraid outside but loves people. Approach slowly! Black tuxedo cat with white diamond on chest, partial white paws, black face and body, no collar. Domestic medium hair.
