I have two sweet male Guinea pigs that I have to rehome. Males make the most social and loving pets when it come to most animal types, Guinea pigs included. They are both very social and only a few months old. The light brown one(Basil) was born in February and his friend, the darker one with the crazy hair(Parsley) was born sometime around April/May. They’re both very good with kids. They’ve never bitten anyone more than the usual piggy curiosity nip which you hardly feel, and all Guinea pigs do. Basil is more laid back than Parsley because he’s been handled much more. Parsley was a rescue that was getting neglected, so he will dash when u try to pick him up but once u got him he calms down a lot, he’s also super food motivated and will take food from your hand. Basil is also from the shelter, but we’ve had him longer and have socialized him more. Its no fault of their own that we have to rehome them. I am starting veterinary school, ontop of working full time and being a mother to a three year old. They are such good piggys that I hate to do this, but they deserve someone who has the time they need. They come with a huge box of hay, a bag of food, toys, a 5 foot cage, and water bottle, small animal carrier, vitamin c tabs, their blankets for cage and holding. Please text me if you’re interested, I’m asking a $100 fee which is less than the cage alone and saves you much more than buying everything from a pet shop😊
