Must be presentable, clean and neat! Smoking is not allowed on jobsites or in company vehicles. Must have a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must have a clean criminal background. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to communicate with customers as needed. Demonstrate problem solving and people skills. High School Diploma, some college is a plus. Oral and written communication skills required. Some experience in trades such as drywall installation, framing, electrical and gas plumbing is a plus. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Physical Requirements: Standing and moving for long periods of time. Frequent lifting and moving of heavy items. Driving a company service truck.
