Guitarist, forming Wedding Band

Guitarist of 35 years. 54 YO, now. I am looking for 7 musicians, that want to be in a wedding band. I am putting together an 8pc, unit. 3 Vocalist's MFF Drums, Bass, myself on guitar and 2 Keyboardist's. The Keyboards are for Full sounding arrangements. if anyone sings backup, that's always welcome but having 3 singers, should be enough. I have space in my house for rehearsals and recording. This has to be about dynamics. I have Web designer-Graphics designer-Photographer. Most of the gear I have. Stands and 50% of the PA. My design, is to have equal pay, across the board. Everyone pics tunes as well as must have standards and requests. Rehearsal, is every 15 songs, till we have 100 or more. The more we do and the better we sound, will get us lots of work and good money every time. The name of the band should be a group effort, then comes the contractual agreements, for pay. I have my own music tech business. I get gear for cost, so we can use it for the band and write it off. Please send audio/video with your reply. It doesn't matter how far away you are, if your dedicated. Please ask questions. 100 songs is nothing. I have learned 60, in less than a month. With the right course of action, we can be ready to go, in 2 to 3 months. People get married all year round. I would like to include corporate and private gigs, too. Thank you.
