My roommate's dog needs a new home

My roommate had recently moved out and left her dog here. While I was gone my roommate packed her things up and left her dog. He is a Cane Corso and pitbull mix. His a sweet dog. Very good on the leash and house trained. He is fixed. He is good with older kids. And good with big dogs. I don't know how he is with cats or other animals. My roommate had left his cage, dogs and harness with his leash. Unfortunately I don't have papers for him so I don't know if he is up to date on his shots. My roommate has blocked me and is no where to be found. I can't keep him. I already have my own dog and a newborn baby. If anyone is interested He is good to go to a new home.
