I am looking for someone to help maintain my townhouse. It needs paint touchups, spackling, tile repair, window re-screening, and small jobs for maintenance. I am offering to pay $25 per hour. The work will be regular and steady for the right trustworthy person. I pay cash. The house is in downtown Lake Worth.
