Hi! We are ARD Properties, a local real estate investment company that strives to provide the best rental opportunity in the Roanoke Valley! We are looking for motivated, responsible individuals to join our successful team! No certificates required, but preferred. Job task include, but not limited to; - painting -plumbing -flooring -electrical -rehab -outdoor work -general maintenance repair and upkeep This is a full time opportunity. Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri from 8-5pm. Occasional (but rare) maintenance emergencies after hours and on weekends.
