Description Looking for a Graphics Installer to join our team located in Houston, Texas. Position Description: The Graphics Installer can be an exciting, fast-paced career where you can go as far as your ambitions will take you. As an Installer, you will play an important role in getting the finished graphics in place so everyone can see it – in the ground, on a vehicle, on a wall, or hanging from a ceiling. General Responsibilities: · Clean and prepare surfaces for installation of vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps. · Able to work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts. · Cut Vinyl graphics with plotter and knife. · When applicable, properly utilize a heat gun or torch for applying graphics. · Weed, tape, and finalize graphics. · Install graphics on vehicles, windows, and other various surfaces. · Remove vinyl and adhesive from a variety of surfaces. · Clean up and maintain graphics install area in shop and onsite. · Follows all safety policies and procedures during preparation and installation. · Installs signs in strict compliance with the work order. · Cleans installation site when work is complete. Qualifications/Requirements: · High school diploma · Previous sign installation experience preferred · 3M Certified a plus · Highly professional and dependable · Highly organized with strong attention to detail · Must have adhesive installation experience – including but not limited to heat setting, window perforation, vinyl banner, closed mesh (windscreen), and acrylic/routed letter install experience. · Must be comfortable with the use of basic cutting and vinyl laying tools (squeegee, knife), measuring tools (ruler, tape measure, etc.), and heating tools (heat gun, torch). · Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills · Must have a professional set of hand tools · Must be physically able to perform sign installations, which includes lifting, climbing, and working at heights greater than 10 feet · Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record · Must pass background check Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Graphics Installation: 1 year (Required)
