Hiring PART TIME CLEANER REQUIREMENTS: - Must have a Car to get to and from customer houses -Must Be Able to Take Work Commands from Management ( We Will Never Tell You to do something that we wouldn’t do ourselves) -Criminal Background Check -Car Driving Record (If You have a License) -Female and Male’s encouraged to Apply! -Non Discriminatory Work Space (We don’t care if your 18 or 55, we don’t care if you are black white Chinese or Purple. The Most important thing is that our workers enjoy coming in for work everyday and that we make money!) -90 Day Trial Period before Health Plans -Must be willing to take a Urine Analysis (Only Drugs that are either legal or prescribed to you are allowed to show on the test.) -Common Sense -Desire to Win -Optimistic -Honest -Quiet While Working -Must be Older then 18 -Must have Transportation to the Office (a Bike is totally fine!) -Must have Reliable Experience with Cleaning (I will not be Teaching you how to Push a Broom, or mop a Floor) -Follow Instructions -Ability to Follow Checklists and Getting The List Done to your Best Ability -If your a Smoker: NEVER Smoke at a Customer’s House or inside a Company Vehicle. If your at the Office and Need a Cigerete you must be off office’s property. -NO CHEWING TOBACCO (SAME RULES AS SMOKING ) -NO VAPING (SAME RULES AS SMOKING) -No BINGE Drinkers or Alcoholics. (If you have 2 Beers a Night or something like that, thats totally fine, but if you are a BINGE Drinker and Like to Party this Job is NOT for you. -NO DRUG ADDICTS (SAME RULE AS DRINKERS) -Must Read and Speak English (im flexible with this if English is not your First Language I am willing to Teach you English while we work) -Kenny
