My name is Missy Fox and I will be your guide and fellow traveler on this circular journey through the entry gate of flow and hula hooping. No matter if this is your first time connecting with the circle or your hundredth time, there is always room To learn, Grow Expand Explore Release Meditate Radiate And create I found the flow in 2009 at a small burn gathering in the swamps of Florida and spent years teaching dance troops, individuals, myself and the earth. I have experience as a fire dancer, and LED spinner, a hoop troupe leader and a solo enthusiast. I hope you leave this experience with a love for flow and a love for yourself and your expression.
