Meditation Walks with Ellen Let go of your troubles during a relaxing meditation outdoors and a walk around a labyrinth. 7PM - 8PM Various days We will: 1. Learn about labyrinths and how to use them. 2. Listen to a great meditation CD! 3. Walk around the labyrinth. *** Prepare for the labyrinth walk by thinking of something you want to let go of. *** And something you want to ask God/the Universe for. Please bring: - water bottle If you’d like, bring: - crystals - sage or palo Santo - sun hat Meet at the labyrinth behind the McKee Medical Center in central Loveland. McKee Medical Center 2000 N Boise Ave Loveland, CO Drive all the way around to the back of the hospital. You can’t see the labyrinth from the road but it is past the grassy median, on the lake. Park in back of the hospital and walk over the grass to follow the Wellness Walk sidewalk until you come to it. I will email you the day before the walk and give you my phone number so you can text me if you have problems finding it. Tips appreciated! This shows the Wellness Walk (sidewalk) that follows the perimeter road in back of the hospital. There's a small dock on the lake, the circular labyrinth and a brown wooden gazebo.
