Whether you're new to F45 or you're a regular member, come workout with us at The Well - a food hall located in downtown Colorado Springs. F45 will host a FREE workout outside on The Well's patio. Make sure you bring water! Afterward, stay and hang with us while we enjoy brunch and coffee! The Well's vendors will be open for you to purchase food, cocktails and coffee!
