This style of learning is often called "Materia Medica," which refers to an herbalist's personally curated herbal notebook on a few plants with intense depth. Throughout this series, we will focus on cultivating a relationship with two plants per class. The class experience will lead you through meditative plant sitting, botanical illustration, growing tips, and a hands-on herbal creation that participants will take home.
