From the shores of the world, right to our tables. Le Melange will be hosting the Annual Seersucker and Seafood Boil and donating proceeds to the Baldwin Fund. Starting off your experience with champagne and our special little neck clams, with the secret blend to satisfy even the toughest critics. You will be introduced to our house dipping oil and grilled french baguettes to soak up all the goodness!Our seafood boil isnt like your backyard BBQ's. It is a luxury seafood boil consisting of cold water lobster tails, local salt potatoes and corn, smoked sausage and colossal pawn shrimp. Finish off this delicious summer spread with a sorbetto di limone, or lemon sorbet. Light, refreshing and the perfect finisher for this culinary spread!A live jazz band will be swooning you through the night and led by Syracuse's own, Al Cutri. We want to keep things traditional with a long, shotgun table right through our exquisetly appoint restaurant. So be sure to come with friends, or be ready to make friends, since you will have neighbors on all sides!
