The Mayor's Equity Task Force in Contract Administration and Procurement is hosting its inaugural Matchmaker event to connect Black and other MBE's & WBE's to target contracting opportunities with the following organizations the Task Force encompasses: Jefferson County Public Schools Kentucky Transportation Cabinet LG&E and KU EnergyLouisville Metro Council Louisville Metro Government Louisville Metro Housing Authority Louisville Regional Airport Authority Louisville Urban League Louisville Water Company Metropolitan Sewer District One West University of LouisvilleThis event offers a unique opportunity to identify, connect and ring the ladder of success. It pairs certified MWBE owners with corporate representatives, in one-minute one-on-one meetings to market and sell goods and services. It's an amazing business venue for Black-owned and other Diverse-owned businesses to actively identify, connect and close on a potential new, mutually beneficial partnership.
