On Wednesday nights we add guided meditations to our signature sound bath. The themes change weekly: * Full Moon Sound Bath *New Moon Sound Bath *Chakra Balancing Sound Bath *CBD Oil Sound Bath * Gratitude Sound Bath *Reiki Sound Bath *Gong Bath Beginning with breath work and a soothing guided meditation and followed by a sound bath that includes Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, Native American flute. You will relax into a meditative brain wave state that soothes mind, body, and soul. *Please arrive at the session 5 minutes early to settle in, as we will begin at the scheduled time. Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
