Requires someone that can be devoted to the job, Nonsmoker with reasonable background and references. If no housing is provided then hourly rate of $12 to $17 per work hour based on your skills/experience. Very high end furnished apartment can be provided in trade to the person in exchange for the first 24 work hours weekly. Requires skills to do all property maintenance, detailed cleaning, house chores and professional assist the lgbt family.
