Meditation in the Park w/ Sound Bowl Healing

Please join me for 60 minutes of restorative and beautiful guided meditation with sound bath crystal bowls that will help clear your chakras and create a heart and mind coherence to get you into a relaxed state. Let go of any negative energies and absorb new love light energy that will transform your mind and body. Allow the energies to restore, relax, and heal you during this session. Please join your Reiki Master, Chakra Healer, Meditation, and Sound Healer instructor Shayna for this event. This event takes place in the Soccer Field in the Winchendon Community Park. Please arrive a few minutes prior to set up your meditation area. You may bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillow, or anything that will help you get comfortable during your meditation. Please bring with you a drink or bottle of water to have during or after the session. We will come together in the field for group guided meditation, intention setting, and sound healing with a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath to take you into a deeper meditative state and heal your body and mind.
