This celebration of community is a magical night of music and festivities, culminating in a parade of light that ends at Knights Pond with the launching of water lanterns. Bring your own lantern or make one there. *FOOD* Picnic dinners are encouraged. There will be BBQ food for sale as well. We encourage everyone to bring lanterns that you’ve made at home, or make one that night for a suggested donation of $2-$5 Music by the band, Jamsterdam, lots of kids activities, Touch-a-Truck, Cotton Candy...Bring a flashlight for walking back to your car, and carpool when you can! This is a free event. Suggested donations $5 per person, $20 per family taken at the entrance gate or at various booths inside LanternFest. Cash, check, credit card or PayPal appreciated. Please register for the number of people in your group and show registration to the parking attendant. Sorry, NO DOGS, ALCOHOL or SKY LANTERNS allowed. Rain date is August 11.
