Commercial Property Management company accepting resumes/applications for the position of “Maintenance Tech” for our properties in the South Raleigh and Garner areas. Flexible Hours! Competitive Pay! Work truck provided! Must have prior experience in property maintenance. Each day will be different as there will be a wide range of duties. Responsibilities include: General maintenance. Must be able to troubleshoot and have a knack for solving problems. Must have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation to get to work and a valid driver's license Drug test and background check required. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors. Each day will be different as there will be a wide range of duties.
