Coming this summer - skills for a successful school year! High school graduates, college students, and young adults are invited to level up your emotional well-being and self-care skills. We'll help you be prepared for whatever comes your way, build satisfying relationships, balance self-care with academic achievement, and all around get the most out of your college experience.
The 18-hour DBT skills bootcamp is held August 8 - August 18. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 10am to 1pm.
Participants will also receive an official DBT workbook, a self-soothe mindfulness kit, snacks and beverages.
