INVITATION TO SAN ANTONIO AREA PASTORS AND CHAPLAINS... Join us on Thursday, September 15th for fellowship, food, and fun as AM 630 The Word resumes our annual Pastors Appreciation Luncheon at the beautiful Granberry Hills Event Center. We are honoring those in the SA community who have chosen a life of faithful service, and all pastors and chaplains are welcome! The event will include a vendor expo, door prizes, barbecue plates, fellowship with local ministry leaders, and a message from guest speaker, Pastor Allen Jackson of World Outreach Church. Pastor Allen has served as Senior Pastor of World Outreach Church just outside Nashville, Tennessee since 1989. Under his leadership, the church has grown from less than 30 people to over 15,000 through outreach activities and worship services designed to share the Gospel. Pastor Allen still fondly refers to the congregation as a “little country church” because that’s how it began - as a small Bible study in his parents’ home in the 1970s. Pastor Allen’s mission is to help people become more fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. His biblical messages reach and encourage 3,000,000+ people per week.
