Removing 1yr old German shepard/pug

Planning on moving out of state and not able to take our sweet girl with us. We want her to go to a home where she will be happy and able to run around freely. She's very sweet and cuddly and very nice with kids. We have 3 kids and she has never hurt any of them, even with the baby sometimes grabbing her fur. She is fixed.
