Join us Thursday, August 25th for a one-of-a kind 5-course Sake Pairing Tasting Menu at Mélange. Featuring Premium Japanese sake paired with Executive Chef Mako’s unique European-Asian fusion cuisine inspired by his Japanese heritage. Let Chef Mako take you on a culinary journey while you learn about the arts & culture of Japan and the unique story and flavors behind our hand-picked Japanese sake. Guests will enjoy 5 courses with 1 sake selected to pair with each course. Indulge in Buttery Santa Barbara Uni and Luscious Japanese Scallop topped with Black Caviar, paired perfectly with Junmai Daiginjo Genshu sake. Le Meridien Pasadena Arcadia will be donating part of the proceeds from the event to the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center.
