The UNCG MS Genetic Counseling program welcomed its first class of students in 2000. For 20 years, the Program has engaged in continuous development of future genetic counselors and service to the Greensboro and greater North Carolina community. We will celebrate this monumental occasion with a gala on Friday October 14, 2022 at The Colonnade at Revolution Mill in Greensboro, NC. The event will include a brief program honoring the vision and efforts of the program founders, highlight program successes and alumni accomplishments. Proceeds from ticket sales and a silent auction to take place at the gala will be used to establish scholarships and to support students in need. Dress: Cocktail attire COVID-19 Precautions: For the safety of all in attendance, proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test will be required for entry. We will be following CDC guidance and local mandates regarding masking and other COVID-19 protocols.
