Join Food & Beverage Social Club and Heirloom for an educational farm-to-fork taste of summer, with cocktail pairings. During this dinner event, each guest will enjoy a 4 course, off-the-menu, chef inspired meal. Each course will be paired with a summer cocktail. Throughout the meal, you will learn how to support local farms and eat seasonally, how to pair cocktails with dishes at home, information about Heirloom and the history of Belmont. Heirloom is a farm-to-fork fine dining restaurant located in Belmont, North Carolina. With a mission to be "locally sourced & globally inspired," their creative culinary team uses their extensive training and travels to create a menu highlighting the seasonality of local farms and the produce provided by this amazing region. This event will take place on Wednesday, August 17th at Heirloom in Belmont. Historic Belmont is a small town oasis with old time charm. This quaint town is located about 12 miles west of Charlotte (20 minutes from Uptown). From 5:00-6:00PM guests are invited to mingle at the bar and purchase drinks a la carte. The seated dinner starts at 6:00PM. Safety & Sanitization Protocol F&B Social Club is dedicated to being transparent about our Safety & Sanitization Protocol during the global health crisis. Heirloom may require their employees to be masked. Although you are not required to be masked, you are more than welcome to wear a mask whenever it makes you most comfortable. Refund Policy Refunds can be requested through the Eventbrite Platform, but are not guaranteed. We assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. If we can fill your seat from our Waitlist, we will refund you, minus Eventbrite fees. If we cannot fill your seat, or if there is not enough time to fill your seat, then we cannot guarantee a refund due to the fact that we have guaranteed minimums and guest counts with our culinary partners.
