Diversified Materials & Construction located in Missoula, MT is looking for General Laborers. Sand and gravel experience a plus. Candidates must be dependable, hard working and able to follow directions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Perform work standing for 1-8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Employee required to talk, hear, stand, walk, push, pull, sit, use hands, handle, feel, reach with hands or arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel and/or crouch. Working in varying elements of all weather conditions.
PREFERRED QUALITIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age. Previous experience with sand and gravel operations a plus.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Work and communicate effectively with co-workers (verbal, listening, written).
*Self-motivated, team player with excellent interpersonal skills and act courteous and respectful of others.
*Must be physically able to work and be willing to get dirty.
*Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures.
*Perform duties as assigned.
