We are searching for someone that is looking for part-time work that will allow them to make their own schedule. This is a great position to pick up experience in the real estate and inspection industry. You will receive training on how to visit a property and determine the condition of numerous points of interest via our checklist system. As a property surveyor, you will visit properties and utilize our inspection software to notate and photograph the condition of properties. These inspections can take place any day of the week but should be done from 9AM to 5PM. Multiple inspections can be conducted at a time making for a very lucrative, self-scheduling position. We are looking for this same person to be on call to acquire notices from our office and serve within 24 hours of the request. Inspections at $14 per inspection and $15/hr for notices. Mileage reimbursed. Responsibilities Greet clients at properties and present yourself in a professional manner Call clients to remind them of appointments Notate and photograph the condition of properties Must install smoke & CO detectors where applicable Acquire notices from management and serve within 24 hours of the request Document details on the service of these notices Requirements Must own and be proficient using smart phones and their camera High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Must have a reliable vehicle Must live local Must be responsive to calls and requests from management Must present well and have punctual attendance Able to learn company policy and software and utilize them on a daily basis If you or someone you know are interested, please submit a resume to be considered for this opportunity.
