We are a Fine Gardening Company Dedicated to the Craft of Sustainable, and Edible Landscape. We are looking for artistic individuals that fit our culture and truly care about gardening. Position Available: Gardener: This will be a trained position. Our owner and current Employees will coach you on how we work until we feel confident that you are ready. Responsibilities: - Drive truck safely and efficiently - Take notes in gardens - Communicate with customers when necessary - Posses the knowledge to efficiently move through a garden - Seasonal Pruning (Maples, fruit trees, etc.) - Occasional Mowing - Knowledge of Integrated pest management systems - Planting - Irrigation work We are a growing company that is expanding rapidly. There will be a lot of room for advance in the near future. We believe in training everybody to do everything. That will include construction, maintenance, and potentially design.
