Our cat Otis went missing on the night of Monday, July 18 in North Concord. He is a small male black cat with a sparse white patch on his chest. His most distinctive feature is his left eye, which is dark and cloudy. His right eye is green. If you have any information or think you see him, PLEASE reply to this post.
