On August 13th, all Lake Elsinore residents have the opportunity to recycle old tires for FREE! This collection will be held in the Lake Elsinore Public Works Yard (521 N. Langstaff Street, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530). See the flyers attached for event guidelines and more information. Proof of Lake Elsinore residency is required. We hope to see you there!
