PLEASE READ::.. DRESS CODE: Please wear loose or fitted athletic shorts and a sports bra and/or fitted tank. Bring water and a towel.
*Leggings and baggy tshirts are strongly discouraged when doing pole work.
Masks are recommended but not required. Medical records are personal and we will not ask to see your vaccination card or any other proof that you are vaccinated.
Spaces are LIMITED due to safe physical distancing.
