Many girls and women, especially young women early in their career, struggle with knowing their value, demanding their worth, and achieving gender equality, which can cause them not to show up and lead to their full potential. Thus, it is critical as a slaaying tribe that we empower and equip ourselves with the knowledge, tools, skills, and confidence to SLAAY - Strategically Living Authentically As Yourself- in Your Lane. We must ensure we have taken the steps needed to be the change we want to see as future leaders / slaayers who a seat and voice at whatever table we define. This conference was created to provide the strategies and tools you need to truly unleash your Inner Slaayer. The conference is for young ladies and women ages 16 and up.
